Note: The registration fee does not include the applicable VAT 24%

Registration fee is inclusive of:

• Admission to all Meeting sessions
• Access to the Exhibition Area
• Meeting kit
• Final Program (printed and e-Program)
• Coffee breaks on Friday 20^th and Saturday 21^st October 2023
• Welcome Cocktail on Friday October 20^th, 2023
• Light lunch on Saturday 21^st October 2023
• E- Certificate of attendance (CME-CPD Credits)

Name Changes of Registration

Should any participant be unable to attend, the Registration may be transferred to another colleague without any additional charge.

We would appreciate if you could inform the Secretariat Desk at info@congressworld.gr in such case ideally at least 1 week prior to the beginning of the Meeting.

Cancellation Policy

Written notification of cancellation must be sent to info@congressworld.gr
For written cancellations sent until September 15^th 2023, the amount of deposit will be refunded, minus a 30.00 (€) EUR cancellation fee. Refunds will not be possible for cancellations that will be made after September 16^th 2023.
